How long should I expect to wait for a deal through your bespoke sourcing service?We set out an 8 to 12 week period to find you an investment that matches your criteria. That’s not to say it can’t be done sooner though.

Do I have to take the first deal you provide?Absolutely not, you can say no as many times as you want. The idea of the bespoke sourcing service is to get a better understanding of what you are looking for and as such, tailor our search to match your requirements.

Do you have a power team you can introduce me too?Yes, we have solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers & bridging finance contacts who we’d recommend and put you in touch with to help you along the journey.

What is the best way to work with you as a beginner investor?Our bespoke service is suited to any level of property investor, however, it provides clear value to beginners. Do I have to view the property?Although we encourage all of our investment clients to view the properties they are purchasing, it is not a necessity. In fact, the majority of our clients do not view their properties.
