The Legal Process
The fun part! We assist our clients from sale agreed to completion helping them to resolve any hurdles that might pop up during this process.

Once completed, HMC will arrange key collection. A property visit will be carried out where a member of the team will provide completion pictures along with up to date meter readings.
Refurbishment Stage
HMC arrange for any relevant refurbishment works to be carried out on the property - we take care of it all.

Lettings Stage

The property is now ready to let and will be handed over to our sister company, CW Lettings, for marketing on Rightmove, viewings, and tenant placement.
Money Making
You can now benefit from investing in property, your property is tenanted and begins to cashflow month to month.
